INTERNATIONAL VOCAL COACH
If you've ever felt like your voice just is what it is, like everyone who sings well was simply born that way and you weren't, this is for you.
I used to believe that too. I went from teacher to teacher for years, never quite sure what I was actually working with, and it took a long time, a lot of trial and error, before I learned that talent isn't the fixed thing people assume it is.

YOU DON'T NEED TALENT TO START
I went from teacher to teacher, never quite sure what I was working with. I delayed performing until I felt "ready," which never came, then practiced for hours on end and made myself worse instead of better. I didn't know how to rest, and I became a stressed, tense singer who dreaded the very thing I loved most.
It took a long time to undo that, and I only managed it by finding the right information and applying it sensibly, over time. What I learned is that talent isn't really the thing: every voice can be trained, and the singers who look "naturally gifted" usually just have years of high-quality practice, a mindset comfortable with mistakes, and the freedom to explore what their voice can do.
"Luke persuaded me that singing is a skill and that anyone can improve. I'm still a beginner but I'm definitely getting better."
Hugo F, Madrid

HOW I TEACH
That experience, combined with formal teacher training and years as a professional touring musician, is what shapes how I teach now. What I teach isn't just theory, it's what actually holds up on a stage, in a studio, and under real pressure.
I'm compassionate first: I listen, find what's working, and I'm honest about what needs attention, so you always know what to focus on. Sessions are organised around real repertoire, songwriting, and studio skills, not endless scales, and mistakes are part of getting better, never a judgment. I'm trained through BAST, and Teach Voice Training, two of the UK's leading vocal coaching methodologies.
